Enjoy working as a Sales Associate at Jax Outdoor Gear, Farm & Ranch in Loveland by sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge in hardware, landscaping, and small engine repair with our customers at Jax!ย 

Jax is a family-owned business committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products.ย  We pride ourselves on being an organization that drives support for local businesses and stays conservation-minded.ย  Jax is looking for candidates who provide outstanding customer service by engaging our customers, providing expert advice, and fostering enthusiasm for our products.ย  ย ย 

Our Sales Associates are responsible for greeting customers, providing honest and informative answers to questions, making suggestions about products that customers might want, and performing necessary tasks for efficient department operation.ย  Responsibilities include stocking shelves, tracking down products for customers, keeping the department tidy, relaying customer feedback to their manager, and assisting with visual merchandising of products in the store.ย  Additional tasks may include:

  • Accurately processing payments
  • Helping with displays and visual merchandisingย 
  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked areaย 
  • Learning about products to provide better answers to customer questions
  • Safely shifting and moving products, including some awkward or heavy items
  • Assisting in loss prevention efforts
  • Communicating professionally
  • Presenting a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Taking steps to advance teamwork and develop solid working relationships with co-workersย 
  • Assisting in inventory responsibilitiesย 
Our ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, and is willing to pitch-in where needed.ย  Additional knowledge, skills or abilities include:
  • Engaging and positive
  • Enthusiasm and interest in hardware, tools, and outdoor power equipment required
  • Previous knowledge or experience with brands carried by JAX preferredย 
  • Cashiering experience desired
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Works well with others
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detailย 

Schedule Requirements:

  • Must be available Sundays and Mondaysย 
  • Looking for someone with open availability

Pay Range:ย ย $15.16 - $16.25 hourlyย 

Positions:ย ย 1 Part Time position availableย
