Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Sean Morton State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Highlands Ranch, Colorado for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This is an in-office role with hands-on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Call prospective customers, explain their coverage choices, and follow through to bind new policies
  • Schedule meetings and walk potential customers through each step of the sale
  • Keep your activity log and sales pipeline current in the agency database
  • Deliver on outreach quotas and monthly sales benchmarks
  • Attend training sessions and work through licensing coursework

Pay range: $60,000-$75,000 per year

The figure shown is total compensation (base salary, commission, and bonus). Pay rises with your results, and our strongest team members earn above this range.
