H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to provide support to the Administration and Resource Management Division (ARI) within Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC). The SharePoint Administrator will provide systems administration, maintenance, and support for current and future versions of SharePoint 2013 or higher, and MS Office SharePoint Server.

The SharePoint Administrator responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and maintain vulnerability remediation for servers in line with cybersecurity requirements and reporting under Risk Management Framework to maintain an ATO.
  • Configure, Troubleshoot, and Maintain Search Functionality
  • Coordinate and Collaborate with Network Infrastructure Team
  • Design and implement medium to large SharePoint intranet/extranet farm topologies
  • Assist in solving technical and performance problems within the portal infrastructure
  • Plan and implement Service Packs and Cumulative Updates of SharePoint Foundation and SharePoint server
  • Create and maintain documentation for SIPR SharePoint infrastructure, deployment, and service specifications
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and DBA groups on backup/recovery operations and disaster recovery testing related to SIPR SharePoint implementation monthly.
  • Manage service applications, creating web applications, configuring Alternate Access Mapping (AAM) and managing farm features and solutions

Education:

  • Required - High School or equivalent diploma.
  • Desired - Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Information Systems

Required Qualifications / Certifications:

  • Five (5) years’ experience in SharePoint administration and maintenance
  • CompTIA Security+ CE

Desired Qualifications / Certifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Clearance Qualifications:

  • Must have a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance
