What You'll Do:

- Identify and resolve machining or program issues
- Perform inspections to ensure components meet drawing and quality specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Complete basic daily maintenance on machines
- Rotate between assignments as needed to support production
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a CNC operator or a strong mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn (we will train the right candidate!)
- Familiarity with G-code programming or blueprints is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Mazak and Fanuc controls preferred
- Skilled or willing to learn the use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong reading, math, and data entry abilities
- General computer proficiency
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
