Job Description:

  • Direct and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple plant buildings.
  • Manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns and optimize uptime.
  • Ensure adequate inventory of critical components is maintained.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support seamless equipment modifications and installations.
  • Inspect maintenance work to ensure compliance with standards, drawings, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to reduce production losses due to equipment downtime.
  • Evaluate and manage subcontracted maintenance services when necessary.
  • Lead, train, and develop maintenance staff to ensure skill growth and compliance.
  • Enforce GMP, food safety, and company quality policies at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
