Position Title
Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy: Full-Time Tenure-Track Faculty Position
Position Summary
The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences at California Baptist University invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, tenure-track position in the DMFT Program at any rank. The primary duties include teaching 24 units for the academic year, research/scholarship, and service to the community. The anticipated start date is August 2026.

Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a Doctoral degree in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy, have a background in marriage and family therapy and have an active license (e.g., LMFT) in the state of California.
Teaching Responsibilities
Duties include teaching in the Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy program. Candidates are expected to be actively engaged in research and/or scholarship and serve with purpose and distinction within the community. A strong interest in and commitment to the integration of faith and learning is required. Preference will be given to applicants with a history of quality teaching, notable scholarship, and demonstrated relational skills. This position will remain open until filled.
