We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Family/Personal Assistant for a busy family in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This part-time position (approximately 15-20 flexible hours per week, with a preference for morning hours) is ideal for someone with exceptional time management skills who enjoys balancing administrative, household, and family support responsibilities. Duties include managing calendars and appointments, email and document organization, coordinating vendors and household services, running errands, assisting with business operations and special projects, organizing household spaces, meal preparation, light housekeeping (including unloading the dishwasher, wiping surfaces, and laundry), online research, shopping, and helping keep both the home and family business running efficiently. Candidates must have their own reliable computer and be comfortable using spreadsheets, cloud storage, and other digital organization tools.
The family has one responsible and independent school-aged son who requires occasional transportation, homework accountability, and positive mentorship. They are looking for someone who can communicate respectfully, encourage responsibility, and build a trusting relationship while treating him in an age-appropriate, mature manner.
