What You'll Do:

  • Advocate for clients in divorces, child custody cases, modifications, enforcements, and more.
  • Handle contested hearings, mediations, and negotiations with experience-appropriate mentorship and support.
  • Prepare persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and orders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
  • Develop case strategies alongside a talented legal team.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2-4 years of family law or similar litigation experience.
  • Confidence in the courtroom with willingness to develop additional skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A talent for multitasking and managing cases efficiently.
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills to support clients during sensitive times.
  • Familiarity with Tarrant and Denton County courts (preferred).
  • Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Education & Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • Interest in or experience in family law and courtroom litigation.
