  • Spanish/English bilingual (preferred) with strong professional communication skills
  • If bilingual: able to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking clients and families
  • If not bilingual, confident, polished English communication is required
Compensation:

$55,000 - $76,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Conduct and follow through the discovery process by:

  • Prepare Motion and Trial Notebooks
  • Maintain accurate billing
  • Conduct filings, including electronic filing in State and Federal Courts
  • Conduct legal research
  • Ensure case documents are maintained in the electronic database and client files
  • Regularly conferring with the Attorney and Legal Assistant to efficiently and effectively administer cases

Qualifications:

This role is likely a fit for you if you are:

  • Experienced in family law practice and litigation support
  • Professional, composed, and highly effective in client communication
  • Exceptionally strong in document preparation, organization, and detail management
  • Fluent in the operational tools that keep a legal practice moving efficiently
  • Reliable, adaptable, and calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to handle whatever the role requires, from substantive legal support to administrative execution
  • A proactive contributor who identifies issues early and helps drive solutions
  • Motivated by meaningful work and high standards of service
