Job description

Weโ€™re looking for a kind, dependable, and engaging family assistant/companion to assist in our 3-person household and support our 37-year-old son, who has special needs and some physical disabilities.

This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable with light household and organizational tasks and who would enjoy giving companionship-based support to our son.ย 

Schedule
  • Part time
  • Primarily late afternoons/evenings and weekends
  • Flexible scheduling Mondayโ€“Saturday
  • Occasional overnight/weekend supportย (1โ€“2 times per year)
  • Possible week-long support once per year while the parents travel
  • Flexibility on specific days/times for theย right person
About Our Household

We have a weekly cleaning person, but could use help straightening up, doing occasional light laundry, organizing closets or drawers, and mailing packages, etc.

About Our Son

Heโ€™s friendly, engaging, cooperative, and humorous. He enjoys:
