Job description

A busy entrepreneurial family in Haslett, Michigan is seeking an energetic, adaptable, and highly organized Family Assistant to provide support across household, family, and light business-related activities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, and is comfortable wearing many hats. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted extension of the family, helping ensure the smooth operation of their home, travel, events, and family businesses.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide general household support and oversight while maintaining a well-run home environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and day-to-day operations
  • Provide overnight support when family travels.
  • Coordinate and assist with pet care and pet sitting responsibilities.
  • Assist with family scheduling, errands, appointments, and logistics.
  • Support travel preparation and coordination for family members.
