Squeegee Squad Seattle & Bellevue is looking for experienced, dependable, and safety-focused individuals to join our growing team as Window Cleaning & High-Rise Technicians.


We provide professional window cleaning and exterior building maintenance services throughout the Seattle and Bellevue area, including commercial buildings, multifamily properties, office buildings, high-rise structures, and specialized-access projects.


Responsibilities

• Perform professional interior and exterior window cleaning

• Perform commercial and high-rise window cleaning

• Perform rope-access and suspended-access window cleaning based on training and qualifications

• Safely perform high-rise rigging, rope setup, and equipment setup as authorized

• Use traditional window-cleaning equipment, water-fed pole systems, ladders, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, and other professional equipment

• Inspect ropes, harnesses, connectors, fall-protection equipment, and other assigned safety equipment before use

• Perform pressure washing and other exterior building-cleaning services

• Set up and maintain controlled work zones around buildings, sidewalks, entrances, and customer property

• Follow site-specific safety plans, fall-protection requirements, and company safety procedures


Experience & Qualifications


• Previous professional window cleaning experience is required

• SPRAT or IRATA certification preferred

• Previous high-rise, rope-access, rope-descent, or suspended-access window cleaning experience strongly preferred

• Experience with high-rise rigging and fall-protection systems preferred

• Experience and/or certification operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, or other elevated work platforms is preferred

• Knowledge of safety protocols related to working at heights, fall protection, PPE, and outdoor work environments

• Prior experience cleaning skylights, façades, or large commercial glass surfaces is a plus

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity

• Ability to follow site-specific safety procedures and supervisor instructions

• Professional communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working outdoors and at significant heights
