Please note: this is a remote co op position with the possibility of in-person days. Applicants must be within commuting distance of our Charlotte, NC location.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and support Data and Analytics solutions
  • Provide production support for the solutions as needed

  • Ensure adherence to IT standards and best practices
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly to support business processes and resolve issues

Qualifications
Knowledge and Requirements
  • Must be a current college student majoring in Computer Science or a related field to qualify (rising seniors, preferred).
  • Must be enrolled in, or plan to enroll in, an accredited internship or co-operative education course during the fall 2026 semester
  • Basic to intermediate experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or similar
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with an interest in applying technology to real-world business challenges
  • Demonstrated interest in Data, Analytics, and AI, through relevant coursework, academic projects, or hands-on experience (e.g., data analytics, machine learning, or AI concepts/tools)
  • Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry

Education and Experience
  • Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
