During this internship you will turn data into meaningful insights that drive better healthcare decisions. You'll work alongside data engineering professionals to build and validate data pipelines, analyze healthcare and business data, create dashboards and reports, and explore modern technologies like Databricks and Lakehouse platforms. Throughout the internship, you'll contribute to real-world projects and complete a capstone project showcasing your impact on data quality, automation, or analytics. Ideal for students interested in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, computer science, or healthcare technology.
Responsibilities:
    • Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and financial tracking for Enterprise Data & AI initiatives.

    • Analyze technology spend across platforms such as Databricks, Fivetran, DataHub, cloud services, and related vendor solutions.

    • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor operational and financial performance of Data & AI programs.

    • Support vendor management activities including contract tracking, renewal planning, license utilization, and spend optimization.

    • Assist in preparing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and investment recommendations for new technology initiatives.

    • Partner with Data Engineering, Governance, Analytics, and AI teams to collect and analyze operational metrics.

    • Help establish financial governance processes, chargeback/showback models, and technology consumption reporting.

    • Conduct market research and benchmarking on emerging Data, Analytics, and AI technologies and industry trends.

    • Prepare executive-level presentations, summaries, and reporting materials for leadership discussions.

    • Support special projects related to Data Platform Modernization, AI adoption, Data Governance, and operational excellence.

  • Must be currently pursuing and/or enrolled in a graduate level program (Required)

The pay range offered for this role is: 16.35/hr - 23.08/hr.
