The pivotal role of Manager, Brand and Digital Partnerships within Arthur Blank Sports & Entertainment centers on developing, executing, and optimizing sponsor-supported digital, social, marketing, and community initiatives for the Atlanta Falcons. This position serves as a key connection point between Corporate Partnerships and the Atlanta Falcons Marketing organization, ensuring brand integrations are executed authentically, effectively, and in alignment with organizational objectives.

TheManager will lead the execution of contracted marketing assets across Atlanta Falcons digital, social, content, and community platforms while collaborating closely with Corporate Partnerships to identify new revenue opportunities and develop innovative sponsor-supported programs. This role is responsible for managing activation workflows, maintaining partner satisfaction, measuring performance, and ensuring all sponsored initiatives align with platform strategy and fan engagement objectives.

In partnership with Brand and Digital Partnerships leadership, this position will contribute to the growth of the Atlanta Falcons sponsorship business through strategic ideation, operational excellence, and data-driven insights.

The goal is to maximize partner value, strengthen sponsor integration across Falcons owned platforms, and drive revenue growth through innovative and measurable marketing partnerships.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary marketing activation lead for Atlanta Falcons sponsorship programs across digital, social, content, marketing, and community platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication related to sponsored marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain project accountability and activation management through Monday.com.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships, Marketing, Digital, Creative, Community Relations, and external partners to successfully execute sponsor-supported campaigns.
  • Partner with Digital and Marketing teams to review, align, and approve sponsorship concepts against platform strategy, audience expectations, content standards, and executional feasibility.
  • Work with Director of Partnership Marketing in all aspects of season preparation, maintaining continuous alignment on partnership priorities
  • Identify opportunities to create new sponsorable digital, social, and marketing platforms that generate incremental partnership revenue.
  • Participate in partner ideation and sales support discussions to help develop marketable sponsorship concepts and programs.
  • Track, measure, and communicate the performance of sponsored content and marketing initiatives through comprehensive reporting and partner recaps.
  • Leverage performance insights and fan engagement data to inform future sponsorship opportunities and optimization strategies.
  • Support the integration of sponsored community relations initiatives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital trends, platform innovations, and sponsorship best practices to support revenue generation and partner success.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of Atlanta Falcons digital and marketing sponsorship inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Four-year degree.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship strategy, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing sponsor-supported marketing campaigns and integrated brand programs.
  • Experience analyzing content performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a cross-functional marketing organization.
  • Experience with professional or collegiate sports is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship monetization, digital content strategy, and fan engagement.
  • Experience with project management software such as Monday.com preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and sponsorship integration.
  • Ability to develop and execute sponsor-supported marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

  • Main office will be at Falcons Headquarters in Flowery Branch with one day per week at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
