Description

Adoration Health is a growing Home Health, Hospice & Private Duty company that was founded in Middle Tennessee.  We offer:

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in the home setting, which includes a wide range of medical procedures and involves monitoring patient status, compliance and performance procedures, which may or may not include working with a ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tubes.

Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the State of Tennessee and must be compliant with company policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Must possess valid LPN License in the State of Tennessee or a compact state.

Must possess current CPR certification.

Valid driver's license, current auto insurance and access to reliable transportation.

One year healthcare experience is required.
