Sous Chef - Great Schedule + Growth Opportunity
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Sous Chef with a consistent 5-day work week and only 1 weekend every 5th weekend. Enjoy strong growth potential and 401(k) with company match.
Hours of Operation:
Primary shift focus is 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Additional schedules may include 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM based on business needs and coverage.
What You'll Do:
  • Support daily kitchen operations
  • Assist with menu planning and food production
  • Manage food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Help control costs and inventory
  • Execute catering events
  • Supervise and develop team members

What We're Looking For:
  • Culinary/kitchen leadership experience
  • High-volume foodservice experience preferred
  • Catering experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and food quality
  • ServSafe preferred
