Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder with a minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading structural steel blueprints and tape measures, and fabricating steel and aluminum into shapes according to customer specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a valid driver's license, are required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding with precision and skill.
  • Read and interpret structural steel blueprints.
  • Use tape measures accurately for measurements.
  • Fabricate steel and aluminum into specified shapes.
  • Maintain organization and clear communication within the team.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
