Fair Trade Real Estate is a brokerage that specializes in the acquisition of distressed properties. Our properties are off market and we sell them exclusively to our network of investors. Our buyers purchase with cash or hard money which allows our transactions to close within 10 days or less.
Fair Trade Real Estate is looking for a Sales Agent who is interested in enhancing their sales skills with the opportunity to sell off market, exclusive properties to investors.

- Utilizing sales and communication skills to close the sale.
- Networking and growing your book of business in a commission only environment
- Collaborate with the team to stay up to date with all available properties.
- Attending training and meetings to stay up to date with investors' needs.

- Active California Real Estate License
- Full time commitment to discuss, sell or show property.
- Utilize your tech-savviness to proactively seek out new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and leveraging digital tools and platforms.
