  • In addition to core responsibilities in ground search systems, all Field Applications Engineers are expected to develop cross-functional proficiency in CEIA's walk-through metal detector (WTMD) product line. This includes training, support, and deployment responsibilities to ensure well-rounded technical coverage across field applications.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Assist in developing internal documentation, procedures, and best practices to enhance team knowledge and operational consistency.
  • Support the creation and refinement of custom solutions for new business opportunities and unique field challenges.

Events, Presentations, and Training

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows; assist with technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Deliver technical training and educational sessions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
