Faculty Instructors often juggle multiple responsibilities, including lesson planning, grading, student mentorship, research projects, and departmental meetings. Balancing these tasks requires strong time management and the ability to prioritize based on semester cycles and deadlines. Collaboration with colleagues for joint projects or team-teaching can also distribute the workload more evenly. Regular communication with department leadership ensures that expectations are clear and support is available when needed.
