Assistant Manager

Hello! We are seeking a super social and enthusiastic individual to be an assistant manager at our store!  The Friendship Factory Grosse Pointe is a high energy birthday party, event, camp and retail space for children.  See below for details! 

Responsibilities

  • Ability to run parties and events with lots of energy and enthusiasm
  • Supervise and support a small team of teenage “Sparkle Squad” members
  • Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address client/customer needs
  • Maintain quality control to ensure operational standards are met
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the team and with management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outgoing and bubbly personality is of the utmost importance!
  • Love for children and ability to engage with them is a MUST
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills and ability to lead small groups while working in store
  • Strong customer service orientation
