Compensation range $150K–$170K


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and maintain the Smart Factory vision, roadmap, and multi-year digital strategy
  • Lead digital maturity assessments across manufacturing sites and prioritize improvement investments
  • Oversee IT-OT integration architecture, including MES, ERP, SCADA, historians, and edge devices
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Smart Factory programs, from concept through deployment
  • Guide evaluation of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, digital twins, AI/ML, and predictive maintenance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and technology vendors on enterprise digital standards
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Smart Factory strategy, communicating progress to executives and plant leadership


About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in automation, manufacturing, IT-OT, digital transformation or Industrial Engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of MES, SCADA, PLCs, IoT Systems, automation equipment and ERP/MES/PLM integrations.
  • Expertise in IT-OT convergence/modern factory architecture.
  • Cross-functional leadership and vendor management
  • Strong problem solver
  • SMART Factory or similar digital manufacturing programs
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for OT environments
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
