Details:
Visual Factory MES consultant
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Greenville, SC OR City of Industry, CA - Onsite
No. of Resource requirements: 2 (1 for Greenville, SC & 1 for City of Industry, CA ) (Day1 onsite preferred, however Can give a try for Hybrid or remote options too)
Experience Required: 7-10 Years in MES & SCADA Implementations for Manufacturing Shop Floors
Responsibilities:
  • Application support for Visual Factory MES & Ignition SCADA on manufacturing shop floor
  • Problem Management through Root Cause Analysis & Problem Remediation
  • Application operations & monitoring through adaptive maintenance, patch management & version upgrades
  • Incident Management through functional & user support, integration support, 3rd party & OEM coordination
  • Continuous improvement of incidents through Known Errors Database & Aided Resolution
  • Conditionate with Offshore team for application enhancements as per requirement
  • Good to have ERP domain & integration knowledge with manufacturing applications
