Server Job Description
Our Server's ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience! Interacting with guests to provide menu recommendations, take and deliver food and beverage orders in a friendly and professional manner. Attention to detail, team player and ability to multitask are what make our Server's successful.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoyment of family atmosphere.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail, you notice the little details because they matter.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to lift 35lbs without assistance.
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, lift and carry up to 35lbs throughout shift.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
  • Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system.
  • Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions and food allergies.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table.
  • Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment.
