Job description

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Floorman to join our team at a fish factory. The Floorman will play a vital role in supporting the mince line operations, ensuring the efficient processing of fish products.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a fish processing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating and monitoring the mince line for fish processing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals effectively.
