Job Description We're hiring a Facilities Manager for our Southwest Houston area client. We are looking for an experienced, dependable professional who can interview immediately. DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Job Title: Facilities Manager Location: Southwest Houston, TX Pay: $150,000 - $180,000/year DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: Temp-to-Hire Description of Duties: Oversee daily operations of corporate and data center facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.

Direct preventive and reactive maintenance programs, manage building systems, utilities, and workplace services, and supervise facilities personnel, contractors, and vendors. Maintain regulatory compliance with safety and environmental standards while managing operating and capital budgets. Coordinate facility upgrades, renovations, and infrastructure projects, support business operations across multiple locations, and maintain thorough documentation of processes, active projects, vendor relationships, contracts, and transition plans to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Previous experience managing facilities in a corporate, industrial, manufacturing, or data center environment. Proven leadership experience supervising employees, contractors, and service providers.

Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and facility compliance requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
