Director of Regional Facilities

Corporate Headquarters

12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Uline is looking for a Director of Regional Facilities to lead and elevate the workplace experience across our growing North American network, spanning over 30 million square feet.

You'll oversee a high-performing team to ensure our buildings are maintained to Uline's standards both inside and out. From construction projects to vendor management and site selection, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, clean and efficient environments that reflect Uline's commitment to excellence.

Position Responsibilities

  • Direct daily Regional Facilities operations, ensuring Uline's quality and performance standards are met.

  • Oversee a team of Regional Facilities Managers, maintaining a positive culture and encouraging team development.

  • Conduct facilities audits and work with management to resolve any issues to ensure campuses are in top shape.

  • Work with vendors, contractors and landlords to support new building start-ups, landscaping and construction projects.

  • Develop budgets and reports to shape long-term strategy for facility projects and operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 10+ years of experience managing construction or maintenance teams.

  • Proficient with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Experience performing skilled work in one or more building trades.

  • Finance or Accounting knowledge a plus.
