Job description

As a Facilities Manager, you will lead a team of facility professionals and strategic service providers to deliver safe, reliable, cost-effective, and customer-focused facility operations supporting the Mayfield Heights office campus, the Twinsburg manufacturing facility, and several remote sales offices throughout North America. You will report to the Americas Facilities Manager and be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective facility performance while driving strategic initiatives related to infrastructure, sustainability, asset management, and business growth. This is a site-based position and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of facilities professionals and external service providers to deliver safe, reliable, and customer-focused facility operations across multiple sites.

  • Manage complex facility and infrastructure projects including office renovations, manufacturing facility upgrades, laboratory and warehouse improvements, and site development initiatives.

  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets while identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, reduce operating costs, and optimize resource utilization.

  • Drive facility condition assessments, asset lifecycle planning, capital forecasting, sustainability programs, and energy-efficiency initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while managing vendor and contractor performance and supporting business continuity planning.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing employees, contractors, and service providers.

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive facilities management experience supporting complex office, manufacturing, laboratory, and warehouse environments.

  • Demonstrated experience managing facility capital projects, operating budgets, and external vendor relationships.

  • Professional Engineering (PE) license in the State of Ohio.

  • Experience supporting multi-site facilities portfolios across North America.

  • Experience managing facilities within manufacturing, laboratory, and corporate office environments.

  • Experience leading capital equipment replacements, infrastructure modernization projects, and facility renovations from planning through execution.

  • Experience utilizing CMMS platforms, preventive maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, performance metrics, and AI-enabled facility management solutions.

  • Experience with HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, utilities, building automation systems, and other critical facility assets.

  • Strong financial management experience including capital forecasting, budget planning, and project cost control.
