Facets Developer - Healthcare Solutions

About the role

As a Facets Developer, you will make an impact by supporting new implementations and enhancements across healthcare platforms. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with onshore and offshore stakeholders to ensure highโ€‘quality development and integration of Facets modules.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead development activities for Facets implementations and enhancements.
  • Perform backend development using SQL and .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with crossโ€‘functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration across Facets modules and healthcare systems.
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to manage deliverables and timelines.
Work model

Hybrid position requiring inโ€‘office presence on designated days in TX or NJ. We support a healthy workโ€‘life balance through wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered
  • Strong handsโ€‘on experience in SQL and .NET development.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare systems and payer domain workflows.
  • Proven experience working across multiple Facets modules.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Experience supporting both new implementations and ongoing development.
Salary and Other Compensation

Applicants will be accepted until 11/30/2025. The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $83,000โ€“$94,000 depending on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizantโ€™s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantโ€™s applicable plans.
