Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in support of specialized military cyber operations. You'll be a critical member of a small team, responsible for bringing your software architecture and development capabilities to bear on a critical national security mission. Join our team of best-in-industry cyber warriors who are dedicated to providing superior service in support of national defense objectives.?

What You'll Be Doing:

• Contribute to server-side components in Python; Rapid prototyping of server side tooling

• Integrating with Django web systems to support client needs

• Allocate tasking to support larger-scale CNO tool development

• Developing frameworks used by other engineers to build applications and services

• Developing advanced proxy systems

• Evaluate new network technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding integrating these technologies into the existing tools?

• Develop documentation on new or existing systems.?

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of experience in exploit / CNO tool development

• 8+ years of python development experience within small to large applications

• Experience with network programming

• Experience with Linux as a development network

• Experience with Version control, specifically GITLAB

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

• U.S. Citizenship is required

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with Django, Pytest, DevOps, and Docker

• Low level systems networking

• Experience with C / C++ Master's degree in related field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of AI assisted workflows

• Strong Python Debugging experience

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.?

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
