HR-1 is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow the online presence of multiple privately owned organizations. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and analyzing campaign performance.


Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Capture and edit photo and video content, including reels and short-form videos.
  • Manage content calendars and schedule posts to maximize engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content strategies.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal executives and ownership on content creation, employee communications, newsletters, and company events.
  • Production of slide decks and marketing materials for sales leadership
  • Support employee engagement, community outreach, and charitable initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
  • Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
