We are currently looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Warren, MI headquarters, with a primary focus on enhancing the online presence of multiple privately owned organizations. Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Schedule and post content strategically on various social media channels to amplify brand visibility and foster engagement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and social media platform changes to implement the latest features and best practices
  • Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track performance and recommend strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather information and insights for effective content creation
  • Align internal communication and social media strategies with company goals by collaborating closely with Human Resources Management
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of internal company events
  • Assist in organizing charity events, contributing to corporate social responsibilities initiatives
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to deadlines for content creating, event planning, and internal communication initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and distribution of a company newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in utilizing Canva, Squarespace, Adobe Creative Suite, to enhance campaign effectiveness and analytics.
  • Experience creating and editing video content for social media.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
