Job description

Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. When Facebook launched in 2004, it changed the way people connect. Apps like Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp further empowered billions around the world. Now, Meta is moving beyond 2D screens toward immersive experiences like augmented and virtual reality to help build the next evolution in social technology. People who choose to build their careers by building with us at Meta help shape a future that will take us beyond what digital connection makes possible today, beyond the constraints of screens, the limits of distance, and even the rules of physics. The roleFacebook is re-energizing its iconic brand around a simple idea: this is where real people help you make things happen. How this role works: this is a generalist brand marketing role on a new team built to take on a broader range of problems, not one market or one project. Instead of owning a single lane, you will help the team prioritize the problems and audiences that matter most for our users and the business, then work across them as our always-on system of work shifts. This is a hands-on role for someone energized by range, with demonstrated ability to identify consumer insights and translate them into effective marketing and the comfort to move between very different problems.
Integrated Marketing Manager Generalist, Facebook Responsibilities:
  • Execute always-on and integrated marketing programs that sustain Facebook's brand relevance and keep proof of the brand promise present across channels
  • Flex across multiple areas of the brand, picking up and handing off initiatives as priorities change
  • Support the development and execution of full-funnel campaigns and product go-to-markets that drive business growth, user value and brand relevance
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, creative and agency partners, growth, partnerships, communications, research, and data science, to deliver integrated programs
  • Develop integrated marketing communications that take a 360-degree approach across digital, social, and traditional channels to support key narratives
  • Track and distill campaign performance to provide data-backed insights, optimize programs, and find new opportunity areas, using a test-and-learn approach

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing or consumer products, with brands at a global scale
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including both brand building and acquisition initiatives
  • Experience using data and consumer research to inform strategy and drive actionable insights
  • Experience partnering with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to bring strategy to life through quality creative
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or priorities by assessing impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs, working with many internal and external teams to ensure seamless launches
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams, and comfort with shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience marketing to emerging user segments, including teens and young adults
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience with creator-driven or community-driven marketing
  • Experience re-energizing established consumer brands at scale
