Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule:
Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm
Sunday 10:30am - 4:30pm
Position Summary:
Scout Design Studio is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Part-Time Showroom Associate to join our team on weekends. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Sales Associates to ensure our clients have a seamless, high-touch shopping experience. From carefully packaging client purchases to helping maintain an inspiring showroom floor, you will be an essential part of our weekend operations.
The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a hands-on approach to keeping the showroom running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Fulfillment:
  • Carefully wrap, package, and prepare furniture, artwork, and home decor for customer takeaway.
  • Assist clients with loading purchases safely into their vehicles.
  • Pick customer orders and transfer items to staging areas during downtime.

Showroom Operations & Preparation:
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including turning showroom lighting on/off and ensuring the floor is ready for business.
  • Prepare fabric and grasscloth samples for clients.
  • Print and attach price tags or labels to inventory as needed.

Showroom Maintenance & Floor Support:
  • Maintain an organized, pristine showroom floor (sweeping, breaking down boxes, and keeping inventory neat).
  • Assist with hanging artwork, patching walls, and moving inventory as requested.
  • Support general warehouse tasks and special projects assigned by management.

What We're Looking For:
  • Must be available weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
  • High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move furniture/decor (50lbs).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to change course quickly
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned projects
  • Maintains a friendly and positive (upstairs) attitude
  • Will promote the edgy and unique voice of the brand

Requirements
Education, Experience, & Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clear background check, driving history, and drug test are required for this role.
  • Valid drivers license required
