We are a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial company looking for talented and committed individuals who enjoy customer service, inside sales, and supporting customer success.


Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Services Representative to work directly with consumer and business customers by responding to product inquiries, building quotes, processing orders, and supporting our outside sales team.
This role also requires booking warm leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team, so comfort with light outbound communication is essential.

This position is on-site in Provo, Utah. Remote work is not available.

Job Type: Full-time 8 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday, located in Provo, Utah.

Pay range: $21-$22 per hour DOE Benefits:


What You’ll Do

  • Interact with a variety of customers, including fence contractors, distributors, homeowners/DIYers, home builders, and retail partners (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe’s).
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to provide product information, build quotes, process orders, and support sales activity.
  • Review project plans and specifications (training provided) to generate accurate pricing for fence projects.
  • Complete proactive follow-up on customer requests and outstanding quotes.
  • Book warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team based on inbound interest, quote requests, and follow-up activity.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with accounts through consistent communication.
  • Investigate product claims and provide resolutions in accordance with company policy.
  • Support business development activities through email, text, social media outreach, and outbound phone calls when needed.
  • Enter and track customer interactions through our CRM system accurately and consistently.
  • Provide administrative and customer support to assigned field reps.


Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

  • Some college coursework or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — most of your day will be spent speaking with or emailing customers.
  • Comfort making outbound calls to warm leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
  • High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and a customer-focused mindset.


Education:

  • High School Diploma


Technical:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
  • CRM Systems: 6 months (Preferred)
