Job Summary We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Electronic Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring that electronic components and assemblies meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections, utilizing precision measurement tools, and verifying compliance with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, and HACCP protocols. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to product reliability, safety, and overall quality assurance processes within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of electronic components and assemblies using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced quality systems and tools, including Calypso software and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), to collect data and analyze measurement results. Conduct regular quality audits to verify adherence to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and FDA regulations. Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols where applicable, maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene. Document inspection results accurately in quality management systems; identify deviations from specifications or standards. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions. Participate in root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities; support continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in calibration and maintenance of precision measuring instruments to ensure measurement accuracy. Support internal and external quality audits by providing necessary documentation and insights into inspection processes. Contribute to the development and refinement of quality control procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Experience Proven experience in electronic quality inspection within a manufacturing setting. Strong familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, CGMP, and FDA regulations. Hands-on experience operating measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and CMMs. Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and QA/QC processes. Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively for quality assurance purposes. Experience conducting quality audits and supporting compliance initiatives. Familiarity with calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively. This position is integral to maintaining the highest levels of product integrity while supporting regulatory compliance.
