Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to conduct HVAC service work across New York City, with a primary focus on Manhattan and the Bronx. The role involves servicing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems in diverse environments such as medical facilities and office buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform service and repair work on commercial HVAC systems across NYC.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct brazing and refrigeration system maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their HVAC service needs.
  • Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in HVAC repair and service.
  • Skill in brazing techniques.
  • EPA 608 Universal certification.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Pay and Benefits
