Job SummaryThe Role Player supports training programs by participating in realistic scenario-based exercises designed to enhance student learning and performance. This position portrays assigned roles in controlled training environments, following established scripts and instructor guidance to simulate real-world situations. The Role Player contributes to the overall effectiveness of training by providing consistent, professional, and responsive scenario support.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Portray assigned roles in training scenarios as directed by instructors and training staff.
  • Follow provided scripts, guidance, and scenario objectives to support training outcomes.
  • Participate in classroom and field training exercises in a professional and controlled manner.
  • Respond appropriately to student actions within the boundaries of the training scenario.
  • Maintain consistency and realism in role portrayal across multiple training sessions.
  • Assist with setup, reset, and breakdown of training scenarios and materials.
  • Follow all safety procedures and instructions during training activities.
  • Provide feedback to instructors or supervisors when requested to support training improvements.
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with students, instructors, and staff.
  • Adhere to all site policies, security requirements, and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in physically interactive training scenarios, including portraying combative roles during controlled exercises.
