Envision is hiring a critical care physician to join our existing team at this established intensivist program at St. David's South Austin Medical Center in Austin, TX! Requirements: Must be Intensivist or Pulmonary Critical Care physician; Cardiac fellowship trained preferred Position Profile: 368-bed regional referral hospital with a busy ED, established BMT program, strong subspecialty support, and diverse pathology 20-bed ICU, 8-bed Cardiac ICU Average daily ICU census of 15-30 patients Hospitalist-led model with Critical Care consultation Separate trauma service line Day shift only Work alongside experienced and capable Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support Dynamic and capable team that values work/life balance 10-15 shifts per month Competitive hourly compensation Room for growth of program including ECMO St. David's South Austin Medical Center is part of St. David's HealthCare, one of the largest health systems in Texas, which was recognized with a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2014.
