F&B Managers, short for Food and Beverage Managers, are professionals responsible for overseeing the operations of restaurants, bars, cafes, or other food service establishments within hotels, resorts, or standalone venues. Their duties include managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, maintaining inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Successful managers rely on strong organizational skills, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive dining experience for guests.
