Job description

Build a Real Estate Career, Not Just a Hustle

Get real leads. Build real momentum. Stop guessing where your next deal is coming from.

Most agents don't struggle because of talent — they struggle because they're doing everything alone with no leads, no systems, and no real support behind them.

The Real Powerhouse Team brokered by LPT Realty is an East Coast Florida real estate team built for agents who want consistent opportunity, not empty promises. We provide leads from Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, Opcity, MarketVIP, EZ Home Search team PPC — plus systems, tech, coaching, and transaction support so you can focus on converting conversations into closings.

If you're tired of cold calling, paying for your own leads, or waiting around for business to show up — this is for you.

Our Agent Opportunity:

  1. Inbound buyer and seller leads from Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, Opcity, MarketVIP, EZ Home Search team PPC
  2. A pipeline built to keep leads flowing so you're never starting from zero
  3. Follow Up Boss CRM + Dotloop + proven speed-to-lead systems designed to help you respond faster, follow up properly, and convert more
  4. Coaching and accountability from three founding leaders who've collectively built nine-figure annual real estate organizations
  5. Infrastructure that supports long-term business growth — not short-term bursts
  6. A realistic path to earning $100,000+ per year for agents who work the system

This isn't about surviving year to year or doing everything alone. This is structured opportunity with real expectations and real support.

What You'll Do:

  1. Work with buyer and seller clients from first contact to closing
  2. Respond quickly to inbound leads and set appointments
  3. Manage follow-up using Follow Up Boss CRM and our proven systems
  4. Participate in coaching, accountability calls, and Level Up Academy training
  5. Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business

What You Get Here:

  1. Strong lead flow from premium platforms — Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, Opcity, MarketVIP more
  2. Full tech stack included — Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, agent-branded lead website
  3. Complimentary transaction coordinator on every deal so you're not buried in paperwork
  4. In-house marketing support — social media, website builds, farming strategy
  5. Structured onboarding designed for fast production ramp-up
  6. Advanced Level Up Academy for continued growth
  7. Access to three founding leaders with nine-figure org-building experience
  8. A collaborative team culture with optional masterminds and events — no internal competition for leads

Who This Is For:

  1. Agents who want more conversations and more at-bats — not more cold calls
  2. Newly licensed agents who want real structure and leads from day one
  3. Experienced agents tired of doing everything alone without support
  4. Professionals who take follow-up seriously and want a system that actually works
  5. People who want opportunity plus structure, not just a logo

Requirements:

  1. Active Florida real estate license (or in progress)
  2. Strong communication and professionalism
  3. Willingness to use systems, follow process, and take coaching
  4. Available to work East Coast Florida — Monroe County through Indian River County

Compensation Location:

  1. Commission-based with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year
  2. East Coast Florida — Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Indian River County
  3. Powered by LPT Realty
  4. Multiple production paths available as you grow
  5. Stock opportunities available
