Job description

EZ Access and Equipment is seeking a reliable and experienced Swing Stage & Scaffolding Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly, installation, dismantling, and maintenance of suspended swing stages and scaffolding systems on commercial and construction job sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, and dismantle swing stages and scaffolding systems safely and efficiently
  • Perform rigging, counterweight setup, tie-backs, and equipment inspections
  • Load and unload scaffolding and access equipment
  • Ensure all installations comply with OSHA safety standards and company procedures
  • Conduct daily safety checks and report any damaged or unsafe equipment
  • Work at heights and in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and team members
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and equipment yards

Requirements:

  • Experience with swing stage and scaffolding installation preferred
  • Knowledge of suspended scaffolding systems, rigging, and fall protection
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed
