Customer Service Representative Job Summary: Polyplex is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Pay & Perks:
  • Salary: $40,000
  • BCBS of Alabama for medical, Guardian- Dental; EyeMed- Vision
  • Life insurance, STD, LDT, and identity theft are covered at 100%
  • 401k match program: The company matches 3.5% on an employee's contribution of 6%
  • 80 hours of accrued Vacation
  • 24 hours of accrued Emergency Leave
  • 10 paid Holidays

Requirements:
  • High school or GED
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment & Costing (arrange logistics and monitor carrier costing, warehouse costing, inventory reconciliation, consignment account reporting, verification of delivery, aging inventory, invoicing, PO's)
  • Customer Relations (email communication to customers, monthly closing, order tracking, customer status reports, cross training)
  • Customs & Compliance
