Job description

Premier Eye Associates is growing, we are looking for a full time Experienced Optician. Our office is located in Lake Nona. We have a great team and looking to add the right person!

Optician (Qualified candidates must have at least two years' experience working in an optometric office and be bilingual)

*Responsibilities include optical sales and frame styling, dispensing eyewear, proper adjustments, accurate lens verification (manual lensometry), contact lens knowledge, and exceptional patient care! *Must have knowledge of insurances, pulling authorizations and filing claims: V.S.P, EYEMED, DAVIS VISION & SPECTERA, BCBS, Aetna, Medicare & UHC.

*ALL Applicants must have a friendly and a positive attitude and be reliable!

* Assist with phones - answering, calling patients to confirm upcoming appointments and any additional front desk support needed

* Knowledge of Officemate/Examwriter is a plus but willing to train the right candidate

We are a TEAM based office only apply if you are team oriented, pleasant, respectful, a "people person", DEPENDABLE, detail oriented with strong computer skills.
