The Opportunity The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice of Ernst & Young. Your Key Responsibilities · Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes in a fast-paced work environmentMonitor progress and manage risk while ensuring stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes · Use knowledge of industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate this information to the on-site engagement team through written correspondence and verbal presentations. · Stay informed of current Cybersecurity industry trends relevant to the services being delivered · SailPoint Administration: - Install, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ. · Develop and maintain SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, and policies. · Manage lifecycle events (provisioning, deprovisioning, access request, approval and automated fulfillment, access review & certification, auditing and reports, service account management and others). · Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint platform issues. Skills and attributes for Success · Ability to produce high-quality work products within expected timeframes · SailPoint IdentityIQ: - Configuration, workflow and form development, policy/rule management. - Experience with SailPoint APIs and connector integration. · Connector Technologies: - Experience with OOTB connectors (Java, REST/SOAP, JDBC, etc.). - Troubleshooting and optimizing connector performance. · Programming/Scripting: - Java (required for SailPoint customizations). - PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation. · Directory Services: - Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD integration. · Security & Compliance: - Understanding of IAM best practices, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements. · General IT Skills: - Windows/Linux server administration. - Networking fundamentals. - Database management (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). To qualify for the role you must have · Bachelor's degree in a related field · A minimum of 3 years of related work experience with Sailpoint IndentityIQ · Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher Consistent with EY's collaborative working model, the role is expected to include 60% in-person engagement in support of effective teaming and delivery, subject to client and business requirements Ideally, you'll also have · Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, Okta, Ping). - Implemented and development of SailPoint IdentityIQ solution · Project management or Agile methodology experience.

What We Offer You

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $77,500 to $140,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $92,900 to $160,500X. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
