Who we are…

Ravago is a manufacturing company that produces a wide range of plastic and rubber materials from high performance engineered resins to recycled post-consumer materials. We are looking for Production Technicians to lead the safe and efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements.

This will be a great position for anyone just starting out in manufacturing or looking to build on their career. As long as you have a good work ethic and seeking long-term employment, we will be a good fit for you!

About the position:

  • Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • 12 Hour Shifts
  • Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
  • Forklift experience "preferred but not required".
  • Move, load and package Raw and Finished Goods.
  • Complete box sheets correctly 
  • Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly – Product ID, correct weights and any other customer requirements.
  • Retrieve a quality sample from each box to place on the quality board for that line for quality inspections.
  • Complete change overs from one product to another, ensuring there isn’t any contamination.
  • Use an overhead crane to transfer blending totes of mixed materials to top of the extruder.
  • Uphold Ravago’s Code of Conduct.

Education: A High school diploma or equivalent.

1. While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to communicate verbally, read and comprehend information, and type when needed.

2. Must be able to regularly lift and carry 55 lbs.

3. Repeatedly reach with hands and arms.

4. Climb straight incline ladders.

5. Have use of fingers and hands for packaging and writing.

6. Must have color vision.
