Job description

Extreme Landscaping & Designs, LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Superintendent to
oversee daily field operations, supervise crews, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure
landscape installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company
standards. This position serves as the primary field leader for landscape operations and is
responsible for maintaining productivity, quality control, and jobsite safety while supporting
company growth and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
• Oversee daily landscape installation and construction operations.
• Supervise and direct field crews to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Conduct daily jobsite opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Perform quality control inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Maintain communication with management regarding project progress, staffing, and equipment
needs.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and OSHA requirements.
• Manage equipment utilization, maintenance needs, and jobsite inventory.
• Maintain daily reports, job documentation, and production tracking.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.


Position Requirements
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience managing landscape installation, site development, or construction crews.
• Strong leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and project documents.
