Job Description

Sprinklr seeks a Lead Solutions Architect - Platform & Integrations to partner with sales, product, and customer success to drive revenue by architecting and demonstrating Sprinklr's Unified-CXMplatform'sintegration with enterprise technology ecosystems.

Solution Architects at Sprinklr combine technicalexpertisewith business consulting to uncover customer needs and position Sprinklr's platform capabilities. Theyprovidetrusted advisory guidance and rapidly map integration architectures to customer data and workflow requirements.

This role focuses on Sprinklr's platform integration layer, including its connector ecosystem, native import/export capabilities, open APIs, and defined integration patterns.

What You'll Do

  • Architect end-to-end integration solutionsleveraging Sprinklr's platform integration capabilities, including dedicated connectors, native import/export workflows, and the Sprinklr REST API ecosystem.

  • Present integration blueprintsfor common enterprise patterns - including CRM case lifecycle integration, omnichannel handover protocols, source-agnostic data ingestion, user provisioning, Digital Asset Management (DAM) connectivity, custom entity mapping, and reporting/analytics data extraction.

  • Lead presales integrationdiscoveryworkshopsto map a customer's existing technology stack (CRM, CDP,martech, analytics, compliance, and AI/ML platforms) to theappropriate Sprinklrconnector or integration pattern, producing fit-gap analyses and solution architectures.

  • Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs)thatshowcaseSprinklr's integration capabilities - including bi-directional data sync, webhook-driven automation, API-based publishing, and platform-to-platform data handoff.

  • Providestrategic guidance on integration architectureadvising on authentication models, data transformation, rate limit management, and error handling

  • Collaborate with Sprinklr's ecosystemof architects, product managers, and sales teams tovalidateintegration designs and ensure they reflect Sprinklr's current connector capabilities and roadmap.

  • Support RFP responses and technical documentationrelated to platform design, integration architecture, data security, and compliance.

  • Serve as a subject matter experton Sprinklr's integration taxonomy - distinguishing and articulating the value of dedicated connectors, configurable import/export capabilities, webhook-based integrations, and custom API integrations built via the Developer Platform.

  • Act as a trusted technical advisorwho can translate Sprinklr's integration architecture into business value for CIOs, enterprise architects, and integration teams.

  • Travel up to 40% of the time to customer engagements, industry events, and internal workshops.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering;Master'sdegree preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise platform architecture, with a focus on integration design, middleware, and API-led connectivity across SaaS, cloud, andon-premiseenvironments.

  • 5+ years of experience architecting anddemonstratingintegration solutionsin a presales,solutionsengineering, or technical consulting capacity, with a demonstratedability to drive revenue impact.

  • Deepexpertiseinenterprise integration patterns- including event-driven architecture, RESTful API design, webhook orchestration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and bi-directional CRM/CDP sync.

  • Hands-on experience withenterprise SaaS connector ecosystemssuch as CRMs, DAMs, lead management, workforcemanagementandcustomer feedbackplatforms.

  • FamiliaritywithCustomer Data Platforms (CDPs), Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and marketing automation platformsand their integration with engagement or CXM platforms.

  • Strong knowledge ofAI, automation andMLframeworksincluding large language models, NLP engines, and analytics serviceswithincustomer engagement workflows.

  • Proficiencywith integration tooling and standards: REST/GraphQLAPIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, JSON/XML data formats, iPaaS platforms,and enterprise API gateways.

  • Strong ability to performdeep-discovery of a customer's integration architectureand map it clearly to Sprinklr's platform capabilities -identifyingquick wins, phased rollout paths, and long-term extensibility.

  • Excellent communication skillswith the ability topresent toand influence enterprise architects, IT decision-makers, and C-suite executives - translating technical integration concepts into business outcomes.

  • Experience contributing to thought leadership viapresentations, salesenablement,andcommunity engagement.

  • Strong knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security frameworks(SOC 2,GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to cross-platform data integration.

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE

$146,000 - $244,000

The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees' health, well-being, and financial protection. The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
