Advanced Inpatient Medicine (AIM) seeks hospitalists that are interested & motivated to do more than just provide excellent care at the bedside. We are looking for staff interested in system & process improvement & who will go the extra mile to help our group transform healthcare to make it faster, safer, of higher quality, and more cost effective. We work as a team, not as hospitalists 'practicing alone together'. We keep tight control of our volumes, allowing our staff the time they need to go the extra mile for patients and families, resulting in an efficient team that translates to the highest quality metrics and patient satisfaction. We utilize flex scheduling, and our motto is 'family first'. In almost 10 years, we have had very minimal turnover because our hospitalists are happy & satisfied with their jobs and work-life balance. In short, AIM is an innovative program that is different than most hospitalist programs, and is one that should not be overlooked.
