  • Lead proactive labor planning and make real-time decisions on staffing and workflow to ensure daily output targets are met; use operational metrics to manage performance, identify trends, and drive coaching that supports on-time completion
  • Step in early to address issues, take ownership of outcomes, and drive solutions without waiting for direction
  • Drive process improvement by identifying root causes, strengthening standard work, reducing manual workarounds, and improving how systems, associates, and workflows connect to build sustainable solutions
  • Build trust with your team through consistent, direct communication, visible presence on the floor
  • Partner with other departments, including HR, Customer Service, and IT
  • Keep the operation focused on the customer by maintaining strong quality oversight, catching issues early, and ensuring orders go out accurately and on time
  • Handle performance conversations directly and consistently, including addressing issues early and clearly
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and proper use of warehouse systems
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by reinforcing safety expectations, correcting risks early, and ensuring leaders and staff consistently follow workplace standards
  • Manage peak operations (including extended hours and Saturday work), workflow prioritization across departments, and oversight of shift coverage during holiday and other high-demand periods

What It Takes to Be Successful
You'll be effective in this role if you have demonstrated experience:
  • 5+ years of management experience leading a high-volume order fulfillment and assembly/production operation where daily output and deadlines matter
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control practices and warehouse management systems
  • Managing and developing people, including giving clear feedback and building accountability across a team
  • Communicating in a way that builds trust and clarity, including in challenging conversations
  • Taking ownership of results and acting decisively when priorities or conditions change
  • Adjusting quickly when business needs shift, including moving people or priorities to support demand
  • Solving operational problems in real time while keeping the broader workflow moving
  • Leading from the floor during both standard and peak schedules

Additional Experience
Helpful, but not required:
  • Managing external vendors such as shipping or logistics partners
  • Supporting or overseeing system changes or third-party tools
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar systems
  • Spanish language capability
  • Leveraging AI to boost operational efficiency

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • 401(k) and profit sharing
  • A hands-on leadership role with direct impact on the business
